Meet Our Team

Colton L. Fleetwood, Owner/Attorney-at-law

Born and raised in Jackson County, Colton graduated with honors from Brownstown Central High School. 

Colton received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University. During his senior year at Purdue, he served in the Indiana State Senate, working for Senator Jack Sandlin of Indianapolis and Senator Jim Tomes of Wadesville.  During his tenure in the Senate, Colton collected data and research that was used by the Senate in passing the bill that legalized the use of CBD products in Indiana. 

After Purdue, Colton went on to receive his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in Law School, Colton served as Secretary of Law Students for Life. 

During his undergraduate and professional studies, Colton also served 6 years (2015 - 2021) on the Board of Directors of the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association, 3 of those years he served as Secretary of the Board. He is currently serving as the Parliamentarian of the NMLRA. 

Colton enjoys early American History and volunteers at the Jackson County History Center performing historical demonstrations for Jackson County elementary students. 

Colton will be practicing in the areas of Wills, Estate Planning and Administration, Real Estate, Guardianships, Business Formation and Transactions, and Contract Law. 

Colton is married to Lynsey, who is a Jackson County Deputy Prosecutor, and they currently reside in Washington County. Colton and Lynsey are proud parents to their dog, Benji.
